Great customer service. Jazz was out this morning to pump two septic tanks for me. They got me scheduled within a couple days, arrived as scheduled and completed the service quickly. There was one small hiccup but when I called them the lady on the phone was very helpful and the owner came out personally to remedy the situation. We will be happy to use Jazz septic again in the future.![Google]()

I cannot thank Lonnie and the Jazz Septic Team enough. I hired another septic company last fall to replace my entire system and it was a nightmare. After being blown off for almost an entire year and then incorrect work, I was done with them. I got ahold of Lonnie and he showed up that day to help me. Lonnie even came on a Saturday and ran the equipment to get my new tank installed so I could use my bathrooms. Lonnie and his team are extremely professional and got the job done right. Jazz septic just did a new septic on a property I was selling they got right over did the job on a Fri Sat and Sunday, they didn't charge me extra. They've also pumped my tanks on multiple rental properties and I've referred them to many customers and ncr a complaint only praises
