We contacted Jazz and they came out immediately. I was unable to dig the hole myself and for a very nominal fee they dug it out for me. Once they identified the actual problem, they called out to the store and had the appropriate parts delivered within a couple of hours. Everything was completed . They were pleasant, efficient professional. Had to call Jaz Septic for another situation with Venting issues(We have used their services in the past) Expecting to hear "we will be out tomorrow" which would have been fine but NO, Deanna was at our house within 30 minutes, Diagnosed the problem and rectified our issue within another 30 min. WHY would anyone want to call another septic business when you get service like that. You want customer Service then you call Jazz, they have what is needed for your septic Repairs. They answered the phone after hours and were able to get to us within 12 hours! They were professional, so helpful and highly recommend them! Instead of immediately sending someone out, they took the time to walk us through several suggestions over the phone to try and resolve the issue ourselves—something you don’t see often anymore. When they did come out, the experience was just as impressive. The woman who helped us was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. She didn’t just fix the issue; she took the time to show us how to properly rinse our filter and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
